This little guy is Beau, and he is staying at the lodge for his board and train! During his stay, this spunky puppy will be working on his greeting manners, coming when called, consistency with commands, holding place, and all basic obedience. 🩵🐾

This handsome boy is Tucker! He’s here at the Lodge for two weeks of training. Tucker is super smart and sweet, but he’s going through his rebellious teenager stage. 🤭

The things we’re working on are consistency following commands, focusing around distractions, heeling on/off leash, coming when called, greeting manners, not eating things he shouldn’t, and general obedience. 🩵🐾

Meet Lyla, who is staying with us for some training and exposure. While she’s here, we’re going to be working on her leash manners, greeting manners, holding commands for extended periods, help controlling her anxiety, and all basic commands. 🩵🐾

This sweet face is Maxwell 🩵 He’s staying at the Lodge for his board and train. While he’s with us, we will be working on building his confidence, holding commands for longer periods, not rushing through thresholds, greeting manners, and listening around distractions. 🐾

Introducing Buzz! This sweet boy is here for his board and train. He’s a Lottie pup, so we’re super excited to have him here!

While he’s here we will be working on crate training, all basic obedience, greeting people without jumping, waiting to jump in/out of the car until given permission, and all on/off leash manners. 🩵🐾

Meet Triton! He is staying with us for his board and train. The things we will be working on include greeting manners, on/off leash obedience, and all basic obedience commands. 🐾🩵

This pretty girl is Ivy. Ivy is a 3 year old Aussie/Heeler mix who is looking for a good home. She has a very sweet, submissive personality. She is also very energetic and could play ball all day long. She does great with kids and could do well with another dog sibling (her breed makes her a little nippy while playing). She knows all of her basic commands, is crate trained, and has had a little off leash training. She has no health issues, and isn’t on any medication. She is not fixed, but she is up to date on all of her vaccinations. She loves playing but most importantly she loves to cuddle with her people! 🩵🐾

Meet Pork Chop - aka Choppy! This sweet girl is here for her board and train. Her parents are expecting a little human soon, so they wanted to make sure Choppy has some proper training beforehand. The things we will be working on include on/off leash manners, consistency, reactivity towards other animals, and all basic obedience. Our main goal is to get Nova going out in public, and her staying cool, calm, and collected. 🩵🐾

Meet Nala! She’s here for our board and train program. This fireball will be working on all her puppy manners, greeting people without jumping, following commands consistently, puppy biting, on/off leash obedience, and her manners when out in public. 🩵🐾

Introducing Abby! She’s a 9 month old golden puppy, who is as sweet as can be and extremely smart. Abby is staying with us for her two week board and train. We will be working on listening consistently, not being too mouthy, not chewing things she shouldn’t (such as the garden plants and landscaping fabric), greeting people without jumping on them, both on and off leash manners, and focusing around distractions. 🩵🐾

I’d like to welcome our first boarders at @ducktown_lodge ! Mila, Mookie, Tucker, Gus, and Ace! We have some familiar faces, and some new ones. Opening weekend has gone great, and all the pups are very happy to be out playing during Memorial Day weekend! 🩵🐾
