Unpopular Opinion: A leashed neighbourhood walk is one of my personal favourite ways to exercise dogs.

I already know youre thinking that's so boring 😂 Yes, off-leash hikes, doggy play dates, or dog sports are way flashier... but I am usually happiest on a casual stroll 😅🫣🤭. Lincoln is a master at this, so I always enjoy our time strollin' 💙💙.

I am so lucky to spend so much time with a dog who is genuinely so lovely to spend time with. Lincoln is a very balanced, trustworthy guy with his excellent environmental confidence and generally neutral attitudes towards common triggers for other dogs. He is enough of an optimist that even when adversity finds him, he can process, cope, and move on incredibly quickly. This all makes him a great candidate to "go everywhere and do everything", which just means more fun ways that he can integrate into every day life. He is an exceptional co-pilot 🫶🏼

This weekend with Milton and Millie has been such a blast. Watching two dogs from different homes together is a first for me. Frankly, it was never even a part of the plan when I started Maddi's Stay Inn. But it was fun to get to test out!!

Maggie and Milton had the best time together today at Country Canines Play Park's Metcalfe location. Maggie impressed me with how many toys she could shove in her mouth at the same time. Milton made me laugh with all his terribly failed attempts to catch balls mid-air. These are good, good dogs 🥰🫶🏼

Maddi will not be reachable in any capacity from September 11-18!!!

I am a proud, hard worker. And I take the phrase "work hard, play hard" very seriously. 🤪. I am quite literally deleting all my apps off my phone so that I can focus on quality vacation time. I will be back to answer all your inquiries on Sept 18! 🧡

It's everyone's favourite Pug 💙 y'all love this sweet face -- I have a hard time keeping up with all your adoring message about this dignified doggo and all of his silly antics. Button's condition has greatly improved since I last saw him in June -- which is such joyous news for a senior. His family loves him so much, and I am so lucky to share in their joy!! 🥰

MOLLY 👑💜

I know this is late, but LAST holiday Monday (🤪), I had the pleasure of reuniting with Molly when I came for a short visit with her and her two brothers!! Their family was gone for a long day trip, so I came over to receive all their kisses (...in Molly's case, her slobbery tooth kisses😂💜), go on an awesome adventure outside, wrestle, play, and stand guard in the backyard. I love living life on their wavelength, and I was so happy to spend my time with everyone. 🤩

Another long weekend spent goofing off with Alisdair and Lochlan (also known as Ali-gator🐊 and Loch-topus🐙 if you saw my stories😂). It is nothing but teenager shenanigans x2 in this house, and I am 100% on board with it 😝😝😝.

Milton went home to his paw-rents today after a week at my place 🖤. This was his first Stay Inn at my house where my dogs were completely loose with him, which is a big milestone for *my* dogs (Milton is a perfect angel.... mine tho... they're grumpy 😅). There is a reason that I am INCREDIBLY picky about the dogs who can stay at my house. But the boys have got to a point where we were one big happy family 🤗
