Thank you to all of our supporters through this horrific time. We cannot tell you enough how much your support of our rescue, Freedom Farm Rescue, has meant to us.
We are devastated with the outcome on all levels.
We will be bringing Thor “home” finally as we have had him released from the lab where his necropsy was performed. We had to wait for his release until the court hearing concluded.
He is being privately cremated and we will have a memorial for him some time at the end of the month. Details will follow.
We did ask for disclosure on the whereabouts of Cammie as part of Jessica Viscusie’s plea agreement but nothing ever came of it. While Cammie was not a FFR rescue dog, we were in this for her as much as Thor.
Please honor these two dogs by spreading the word of what Thor’s killer, Jessica Viscusie, did to him so that she can NEVER harm another helpless animal. We have heard that she is possibly moving to Chester Co., SC.
