In the past, I've promoted (unprompted and unsponsored) for pet owners as I use it for "escape artists" that visit . Well today, that all stops.

Today, a known escapee left the property (with her Tractive GPS on), and in jumping on the app to locate her, I found that I could no longer access my account. I reached out to customer service- which you can ONLY do via email; no live chat or phone number available- and had to keep going back and forth- again, via EMAIL- to confirm my info. When it became clear that I still couldn't access my account, I asked to speak to someone because a dog with their tracker on is missing... and then they ceased responding. I sent multiple emails begging for assistance and got exactly zero response. Literally, THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE for someone in this situation.

The dog has returned, so thankfully, she's safe, but this has absolutely changed my opinion on Tractive. Not having the ability to communicate in real time with customer service is bad enough, but having them literally abandon you in the worst possible situation is beyond unthinkable.

TL;DR: NEVER TRUST TRACTIVE WITH YOUR PET'S SAFETY BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE!!
