Just a reminder that in 3 weeks I'm having surgery and will be out for few weeks according to me 🤣 and more according to the dr.... so may need to push out any grooms that are set for beginning of March. I should have let you all know but just wanted to send out a reminder. Thank you all for being so amazing and supportive! Picture if Nico just cuz he's cute!

Not going to make a big deal out of it, but a new client schedules a groom for 2 matted dogs. I was out month and a half so guessing they are worse now then they were. I message 2 days prior and she had forgotten about the appointment. Said she would let me know soon if anyone would be able to be there. I said I need to know asap so I could possibly put someone else in that spot. Now no response.....ghosted. so out the income for her groom and a potential groom that could have taken her spot 😕😡 I just hope she will take the dogs elsewhere so they can be comfortable! Just don't is all I can say.....
