I received this message today from a client that just recently moved to Florida 😕 ellie is a beautiful pittie that has an amazing mommy that does the best for her 🥰 took a little while to gain her trust but it was so worth it. I love and miss her and her family ❤️

Not going to make a big deal out of it, but a new client schedules a groom for 2 matted dogs. I was out month and a half so guessing they are worse now then they were. I message 2 days prior and she had forgotten about the appointment. Said she would let me know soon if anyone would be able to be there. I said I need to know asap so I could possibly put someone else in that spot. Now no response.....ghosted. so out the income for her groom and a potential groom that could have taken her spot 😕😡 I just hope she will take the dogs elsewhere so they can be comfortable! Just don't is all I can say.....

These past few months have been really hard as a groomer seeing so many of my clients lose their fur babies 😥 I don't have pics of all of them but wanted to say to everyone that not only do I fall in love with your dogs that I take care of, I love their families and miss you so much as well ❤️

This makes me really sad. I don't know who this is and don't know why she's saying bad things about me. I've always been proud of the fact I don't bad mouth anyone unless I know first hand. I grow to love all my pups I groom. It never gets any easier to hear they have passed 😢 rest in peace sweet Charlie and you just keep sitting by that treat jar they will keep coming my sweet girl ❤❤
