New service coming soon by popular demand!
I'm excited to share that I will offering limited grooming services starting in May. Please note that grooming will not include a bath - so if you're interested in my services, you will need to bathe your pet either before or after I see them. Different packages will be offered depending on your pets' needs but will include haircut, brush-out, eye/ear cleaning, nail trim, a**l gland expression and teeth brushing. I have several different scents and coat conditioners to help them smell amazing!
*I still make no claim to being a professional groomer (I am a technician, after all) so if you're looking for a breed-specific standard for your pet's haircut, please continue to see your regular groomer or seek out someone who is a professional*

Holly and Heidi were happier to see me than these pictures let on. I promise I didn’t call them bad names or hurt them in any way! Heidi is my new BFF but Holly will take a little more convincing. These sisters are super sweet and easy to work with. I’m so happy I get to see them and care for them regularly🥰

Welcomed 2 new patients - and their amazing humans - to the club today.

Scooby is a Chiweenie. He’s very energetic and ready to party! His favorite party favor is peanut butter🥳 His nail trim was a breeze!

Saki is a five month old Pekingese and she’s super chill for a puppy. I had to work a little harder for her love but I was getting kisses and tail wags by the end🥰

So happy to be working with these sweet babies♥️

Around Christmas time, I had the chance to meet Dr. Keay. A friend of mine was preparing to say goodbye to her best friend and wasn’t able to take him out of the house for multiple reasons so Dr. Keay came to her house and we were able to say goodbye in the most peaceful way.

Nala and Belle had double pedicures this morning! They were both so amazing, I was able to dremmel a few of their nails down.
Don’t let these solemn faces fool you. A fun time was had by all with several rounds of treats throughout the entire party. These sisters definitely being the fun!🥰

I want to start off by making it clear that I am not doing this to make money.
However, every day, I see multiple pets around the area who escape or go missing. Sadly, some of these pets are never seen again.
Since we are at the start of a new year, I teamed up with ByteTag to give you a special code where you can get 15% off your order. I live for the day when every lost pet finds it's way back home. Both of my dogs have had these for over the last year and I rest assured that if they wander away, they will allow a friendly neighbor to scan their tag and they will be returned home.

Sometimes appointments don’t go as we plan. Sam here is a good boy. Sam loves his family and welcomes other humans into his home with curiosity and a happy tail. What Sam doesn’t like, is strangers coming into his home trying to hold his hands.
He allowed me to trim 2 nails before he spoke loud and clear that he was not feeling it tonight. And guess what? THAT’S OK! As a Fear Free individual, I follow his lead and read his queues as to what he will allow.
Sam’s mom and I made a plan and we will try again another day. The most important thing to do is to not feel discouraged. With the right plan and a little time, we’re sure Sam will come around and learn that nail trims are not so scary. ♥️

Today, I had the pleasure of playing with these trois Bouledogues français.
Ava, Tank and Peaches (Pêches en français) all needed nail trims. And in true French fashion, all three snorted sweet French nothings into my ear.
*Also, a fun little fact: Peaches is Ava’s baby🥰

Tonight was a Girls’ Night!

My first party of the evening was with River the Dane and Zeppelin. We found out Zeppelin is the peanut butter eater while her sister, River prefers crunchy treats being fed to her upon her throne (the couch😉). Very sweet girls who kept a close eye on me, watching each others’ backs just in case. I think I ended up proving myself trustworthy in the end.

My second party was with two energetic girls, Ruby the Frenchie and Georgia the Boston. I had so many kisses from each of them and only one accidentally gave me the French kind🤭. It’s just one of the risks of my job.

All in all, I had a fabulous evening meeting these beautiful good girls!!

Archie had his nails trimmed and other delicate situations tended to this morning. He was a little nervous throughout the process but took our offerings of thanks in the form of crunchy treats readily. And his brother Jax was also compensated for his job of supervisor. 😉

For our next round of Senior Pet Month care presentations, we are talking about eye health. Blindness and/or cataracts can be part of the normal aging process in pets. However they can also be indicative of other disease processes. It's important to see your veterinarian annually to make sure your senior pet's eyes continue to stay healthy throughout their golden years. I hope you enjoy the presentation!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry yesterday. He was a perfect gentleman sitting on his grandmas lap while I whittled away at his nails. His only complaint was that my fingers were cold on his toes after coming in from the stiff 25° weather we were suddenly plagued with. Jerry was a wonderful boy to work with🥰
