Miss Daisy got to play in the snow after training today! It's so important to always end a lesson on a happy and fun note so she's she's always excited to train again next time!

Today we went to Maple Tree Place and worked on getting her more comfortable around strangers and vehicles. She's making so much progress!

Extra thanks to Lily who does Daisy's at home training!

It's officially winter!
When it comes to the cold some dogs couldn't care less and others need to dress to impress!

Depending on the breed, size, and individual dog, some pups need layers and even boots to keep warm and happy while playing in the snow!

Paws and Effect Camp groups are 2-4 dogs that are carefully matched to make sure everybody has fun!
This is a great fit for dogs that are nervous, picky players, or would simply be overwhelmed by a larger group.

Happy Birthday Nellie! This spunky girl is officially 1 year old! We celebrated with Double Camp, ice cream, sunset walk and Kong, and a special present, not to mention the cake and presents from her mom 🎂
I'm so grateful to get to spend time every week with such a happy pup who loves people as much as they love her! She may be spoiled but she deserves it! ❤️

Daisy is getting more confident on our hikes by the day! Look at her playing, swimming, and climbing on logs so fearlessly!
Now it's time to translate that bravery over to busier areas starting with more populated parks. With a confident dog like Nellie at her side to show her the world isn't so scary, I think she'll do great!
Big thanks to Lily at Paws + Play Pups LLC for doing Daisy's day training in conjunction with her Adventures with us and meeting up with more friends -ft Juno!

Welcome to Camp Freddie and Greta! They made fast friends with Nellie and Daisy yesterday and they'll all get to explore and play together twice a week!

They're the perfect crew! Nellie is Camp Mom showing everyone the rules and making sure they play nice. Greta is the Zoomer who herds the crew and keeps everyone together. Freddie is the Wild Child wrestling and goofing around. Daisy is the Baby, learning the ropes and gaining confidence playing with her new friends.

Tuesday/Thursday High-Energy Camp is full with these 4 large breed zoomers but I'll be starting a second group soon!

Yesterday was Daisy's first day of Adventure Camp and she did so good! I'm so excited to watch this little golden girl build her confidence and practice manners while she explores with friends!

Dog Camp has openings on multiple days! Camp is a great way to exercise and socialize your puppy or dog while they play and explore together!
Paws and Effect Camps are small groups of 2-5 dogs in the same age group and energy level so that the dogs aren't overwhelmed or lost in a big group. This makes it perfect for dogs that are more nervous, easily overwhelmed, or need a little extra attention.

Nellie is loving Adventure Camp! She's been coming to Adventure Camp every Tuesday and Thursday for 5 hours. We've had lots of play dates with other Paws and Effect dogs and puppies, been on hikes, swimming, in stores, and made progress with her training!

Nellie has visited UVM, Burlington Waterfront, Church Street, Petfood Warehouse, Lowe's, Garden Supply, Suckerbrook Hollow trail, Mill's Riverside Park, and more!

Miss Nellie had her 1st day of training today and she's so smart! She started learning to walk on a loose leash and to relax in her crate. I'm excited to keep working with her and see her learn!
