✂️This is the reality when you don’t turn up for appointments. This is why all small business should be charging for no shows and late cancellations. So please don’t think we are being mean. At the end of the day every dog is a part of our wage. ✂️

The system doesn’t allow you to reschedule under 48 hours . In this case contact us asap and in most cases we can fill the space if we have some notice therefore you won’t need to pay a fee. Don’t just not show up.

Another recent issue is people dropping off and picking up late .
Any later than 15 mins and it’s classed as a no show . I won’t be texting/calling anymore to find out where people are . We move onto the next dog . We work alone and people being late has a knock on effect for the people after you .
Any longer than 30 mins for pick up it’s an extra £5 per half hour. The salon is simply too small and gets very warm in the summer . We always give you a pick up time or ask how much notice you need us to give you .
