I was on my lunchtime walk yesterday when I happened across this turtle! Making his way between lakes no doubt.

This was a golden opportunity to be mindful. To pause. To be in the moment.

The practice of mindfulness is powerful.

The use of mindfulness based stress reduction is evidence based in the face of stress and feeling overwhelmed.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.

Have you tried it?

Of course it doesn't fix everything. You would need to be open to taking radical life decisions too.

But that is for another day...
