Why should you feed your pet KANGAROO?

Thinking about our OG Bulldog today, our Original Taste Tester , Maggie ♥️ She had many food allergies (not uncommon for bulldogs) and it became simpler to make her treats myself because I could be sure of the ingredients. It's been 3 years without her as of today and I think about her all the time. Give your pups a treat today in her memory and an extra chin scritch. Love you, sweet girl 🌈 🐾

We want to thank everyone who took the time to vote for their favourite costumed pup over the last few days on our Facebook and Instragram posts and the results are in - Cash received a huge outpouring of support and we can definitely see why! This sweet guy is a highlight at our Ashcroft Farmers' & Artisans market and he's still just a baby, we can't wait to watch him grow up!

Thank you again to our contestants and everyone who has supported us this summer market season at Ashcroft Farmers' & Artisans and The local Market . We will be popping down to Chilliwack for The Vintage Barn Market next weekend and you can also find us at a few events this holiday season in Cache Creek and Ashcroft so stay tuned for those dates!

This Sunday is the final Ashcroft Farmers' & Artisans market of the year and it's going to be a Halloween spectacular! We are excited to be sponsoring a Pet Costume Photo Contest so read below for details on how to enter and how to win:

1. Dress up your pet in a fun Halloween costume and bring them down to the market on Sunday (on Railway Ave)
2. Visit our photo display and snap a picture
3. Pick up a free Halloween Treat for your pup!
4. Send your photo to us through Facebook or Instagram message, or email us at [email protected] by Tuesday October 15th at 9pm. Be sure to include your pets name, and your contact details.
5. All photos will be uploaded on Wednesday October 16th to our Facebook and Instagram pages for voting and the pet with the most votes combined at Sunday October 20th at 9pm will win a prize pack with treats, a dry shampoo and pet conditioning spray, and a paw balm. (full voting details will be posted on Wednesday 16th).

So pull out those costumes, get creative, and come join us on Sunday for what is sure to be one of the most exciting markets of the year! 🐾 🎃

Introducing the newest member of our pack - I mean, family. I want to thank each and every one of our customers this year and all the organizers that put on incredible events that I am so grateful to have been a part of. I'm taking a short maternity leave from regular markets, but I will be back later this fall for a couple holiday events so make sure you stay tuned for those announcements!

What's included: fresh dehydrated apples, cucumbers and yams from our favorite Desert Hills Ranch, beef tendersticks, a selection of mini Peanut & Pumpkin Oat cookies and a Jumbo Icing Donut

As many of my local customers know, I am pregnant and baby's due date is fast approaching! I have unfortunately missed a couple of markets lately because of this but I'm bringing in extra staff support to be with you all this weekend - BUT in the event you don't see me, please know it's because baby has other things planned!
