What a week it’s been. I met some amazing people and had the joy of spending time with your puppys. While I loved spending every moment with your fur kids I have to close my doors for now. I realize now is just not the time and the space just isn’t working. Starting a business on a dream is hard and that’s how I like to learn my lessons. This don’t mean I’m throwing in the towel it just means I have to get some of my ducks more in-line. So with that said, I am grateful for your support. I’m heartbroken without a doubt but I’m going to be better prepared next time around. ♥️🥺
I miss your dogs already. I tried guys… Im so sorry 😞😞

The Ruff House is pleased to announce that we are officially opening MONDAY MORNING ( October 11, 2021) 🐶🎾🐾😭♥️

I can’t think you all enough for the support as I am still in disbelief that my dream is coming true.

I’m so excited to meet each and everyone of you in the days and weeks to come. My mother will be a face you will often see as she is going to help me out for the next few weeks until we get everything situated.

Again, thank you, thank you, thank you for letting me live my dream.

Good Morning, it’s Monday and I’m up at 530 to get a head start on the day. The Ruff House is almost ready. Today was suppose to be opening day but unfortunately we had to much to do still and needed an extra week to get things touched up.

With that said- October 11th will be opening day. I know it’s a holiday but I’m here for you if you have to work anyways. Or if you’d like a day of rest without the worry of your little fur kid being “board”. I know the guilt lol

Hello everyone! I’m still here and I’m still aiming for the beginning of October to open. It’s going to be a busy busy week for me. I’m sitting here now doing up a schedule to tentatively open up OCT.4th!!!! With that being said, if you want to secure a spot please message me so I can write you in. Hello to all my fur pawrents of CBS! I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Katie Hutchings, born and raised in this beautiful little town we call home. I have two cats- Max and Sarge and one Labrador Retriever who we call Benny… and many other names.

Josh and myself bought our home here in Kelligrews in 2019 and since then I have decided to turn the basement and back yard into a small scale dog enrichment and sensory garden.

Most people who know me know me well for my love of all animals. It’s my passion in life. Hard work and physical labor is nothing new to me. I have worked in the industrial services for 12 years. I absolutely loved it but as I get older I am starting to realize what is more important. My passion for dogs outweighs anything.

Please reach out if you are looking to have your best friend taken care of while you head back to the office after what seems like a century. I’m accepting very limited clients at this time because of space. But, rest assured they won’t be restricted of fun, love and happiness.

Looking forward to meeting you and your puppys soon! I will post updates when I will be closer to opening, which should be early October.
