Beautiful Jag now renamed to Raff has left on his long journey to his new home with his forever family. Seeing as they are interstate we FaceTimed and made sure Raff was the fluff ball they were searching for. When they drive over 11hrs to personally pick up their new family member I think that’s more than enough reassurance he’s got a great home.
I was able to watch them interact with him & it was perfect, he just loved on them all, best part is they have a young daughter so they will form a lovely bond. These are the pics I took for them yesterday.

I said goodbye to Bentley today. He went to his new home & has arrived safely. He was such a fun pup here on the farm & I’m sure he’s going to be a very fun, loyal & smart dog. He is going to grow into a stunning boy. Congrats Bentley & Hayden, we hope the 1st night goes smoothly 💙

Jersey delivered a beautiful 3/4 Clydesdale buckskin paint Filly 2 weeks ago!
I arrived home from a dinner in town to see Jersey standing there with 8 legs. It took me a minute to realise shes had her foal.
The foal was still wet and looked to have just stood up, she was looking for the teat straight away.
I sat in the paddock with them until 5am to make sure Jersey was ok and that the filly was feeding, passed meconium, slept and stood again to feed.
Jersey retained her placenta a little longer than I hoped for but after she had a lay down/rest she wiggled and squirmed then up she got and out came the placenta. Everything looked good, Jersey was eating, drinking and toileting fine so off to bed I went.
For now we are calling her Minnie 💕

Roxy had a maternity makeover today, her due date is fast approaching and I’m a nervous wreck. Terri from Terra-Lyn Clydesdales came to check on her and loaned us a foaling alarm which is greatly appreciated. ❤️

Bentley ❗️SOLD❗️
It was very obvious very quickly that Bentley loved being in the company of his new owner. He was so relaxed, no crying & very happy overall. He will be living local so I may see him from time to time.

These beautiful boys are 8 weeks old on Monday & can go to their forever homes.

After a very difficult month on the farm we are over the moon to see this beautiful filly arrive safely.
Congrats to my daughter Lillian for her very first foal from her stunning mare ‘Amazen Grace’ (Gracie) & our stallion Terralyn Asher ❤️

We put out a square tonne of oaten hay across 3 paddocks last night, by the end we only had 4 hayband strings and couldn’t find the other 2 anywhere.
I head out this morning to find them & Lacey trots up to show me what she found! 😳

Bruce is looking for a new home.
He was from our very first litter in 2021.
Unfortunately his owner has had to relocate and the property is too small for Bruce as there is no yard.
If you know of someone who loves dogs and is looking for a new best friend please reach out, he is currently located on the Mornington Peninsula, desexed and well trained. 💙

Wolfie is doing so well with his training. Today we focused on exposure outside of the farm, he was quite timid but no motion sickness during the car ride & loved picking out a toy. 😍

These little bundles of joy arrived last week, all boys! We are so excited as we finally got our first blue pup.
These boys litter names will be themed around cars, introducing: Zuki, Bentley, Jag & Chevy

Wolfie is still with us while his owner finishes their reno’s, he has been in training focusing on livestock exposure, recall, basic commands and is doing great! Today was chill out & play day, he loved every minute 💦

At 11.30pm last night my dogs started barking but it was a different bark. Not long after I had 3 dogs at the front door and they were really trying to get my attention so I headed outside & followed them into the back paddock.
After a few mins of walking around the 8 acre paddock I heard him, my Chester, my Chessie Bear, my Big Bubby was struggling to breathe, he was in a bad state of extreme colic.
Gemma a new vet from our local clinic came straight away and handled me & the situation so well. I got to hold my boy as he passed and I sobbed like a baby and still am.
Chester was an amazing addition to our herd. I purchased him from the Houlahans as a 4yo in 2011, he had one start in his race career with the race name Happy Chap, he’s been with us for almost 13yrs and I loved every minute, even his grumpy moments.
Chester was 'everyones' horse. Taught many people how to ride, jump and build their confidence, truly one of those one in a million thoroughbreds. Standing at 17hh he was a gentle giant and everyone that met him will have a fond memory and will miss him as I will and his herd, especially Brumby Rose who is currently standing by his side standing guard, he will be buried later this afternoon so the herd has time to say their goodbyes. Love you Chester 💙

Pie has a new name ... Bohdi, isnt that a great name!
He has settled in so well with his new family, no motion sickness on the way home and they commented on how lovely his temperament is. Congrats to all, I hope your first night goes smoothly. We already miss his snuggles, he really is a lovely boy.

This stunning boy is off to his forever home tomorrow. He is going to a lovely family that has another dog at home waiting to be his best friend.

If you would like to be added to our waiting list please DM us. Floss has had almost 2yrs off & got the all clear from our vet to have her 2nd litter but she wasn’t interested in Louis during her last heat so now that Louis has matured she may bless us with pups before the end of year.
I have 2 fantastic registered local breeders that currently have Border Collie pups ready now that I can refer you to.

Wolfie is in love! … with his new owner ❤️
We travelled to meet his new owner so they could spend time together. Well it was very obvious within seconds that Wolfie was in awe, his little tail wouldn’t stop wagging and he dug his head into her and laid back like he knew her all along.
Wolfie’ new owner has ticked all the boxes & once their house reno’s are finished Wolfie will leave here for his new home, he will receive daily training while he is here.

Wolfie & Pie are being brave today & learning how to keep warm & dry in this awful weather. I couldn’t help myself and popped a tarp over half the pen just in case.
They both did very well, slept under the tarp then when it really started raining both went into the kennel. Good boys! 💙

An update on Dobby.
Another pup from Nellie & Koda’ first litter. He adapted to his new family so well. Continued on with his crate training, puts himself to bed, great with the kids and their other dog & cat, good boy Dobby! 💙

I think it’s fair to say Waffles loves his new sister.
Puddin has been renamed to Milly and has settled in very well.
I may even see them in at work sometimes! Milly is such a lucky pup & seeing Milly so happy & relaxed reassured me she went to the perfect family.

Beautiful baby Wolfie who loves to lay in your arms, be by your side and give you the biggest dreamy puppy eyes you've ever seen has found his forever home.
He will be staying here for a few weeks while his new family is sure they have everything ready for him. While he is here he will receive further training and exposure to cats, horses, walking on a lead and more.
Im so happy I get to cuddle him and see his beautiful little face each morning for just a little longer.
