Please help us find and serve papers on the people who we believe are responsible for a great deal of pain and suffering to our Australian Cattle Dog puppy named Wahoo.
We made the mistake of purchasing this puppy on April 3, 2021 without verifying the real names and addresses of the two women who sold us the dog. Within days, the puppy began to die from a preventable disease and parasites. Florida law was violated in the handling and sale of this puppy. It now appears that one of them was using a fake name and both of them took great steps to conceal their full identities.
We now believe they are Joan M. Procida and her daughter, Lauren A. Fury. After initial attempts to serve papers at 18401 Fort Dade Ave., Brooksville, FL 34601 failed, both women seem to have gone into hiding from the process servers.
Any additional information you can provide to help locate and serve these two people would be greatly appreciated. We want legal justice for Wahoo! We never want these people to be able to do to animals and families what we believe they have done to ours and Wahoo.
