Smidge has what's called pica, a disorder in which they eat things that are not meant to be eaten. To help keep him safe he now has a perfectly fitted custom muzzle to prevent him from snacking on suspicious items!

We often end up with templates or muzzles that are set aside for very minor defects, but are otherwise perfectly good. We will now be compiling them into a database which can be viewed and purchased. Please contact us to purchase. Many of these have no defects at all, so here's your chance to get a perfectly new Mia's Muzzle at a great price! 💖

Unless otherwise stated, all muzzles will come with nosepads and a collar strap included (colours TBD), and any additional add-ons not mentioned in the description will cost extra. Pricing does not include shipping (typically $16-20 CAD within Canada, $16 USD to the US, worldwide TBD).

Defects listed as "superficial scratching" do not show up in pictures. Any significant defects can be found in the images in the second tab at the bottom of the sheet.

All muzzles are as is and aside from additional straps, no major changes will be made to the design or size. Final sale.

Our Mutt of this month is Chap! Chap comes from Off The Streetz Bully Rescue out of Florida, and is looking for a calm place to call home. Chap has been with several fosters and is currently staying at a boarding facility. Here's what the staff has to say:
"He is super loving and devoted to the people that take care of him and that he connects with. He really is not an aggressive dog he just needs experienced dog people around him so he feels confident in his own skin. Unfortunately most people do not have this understanding which is why he ends up needing a muzzle. He loves other dogs and absolutely loves the water. He really is a sweet boy."
Chap has been through a lot, and a muzzle will help in those times that Chap is feeling uncertain while the people around him get to know him better and are figuring out his needs. We are happy to help this boy out and wish him the best of luck in finding his forever home!!

Just want to take a moment and highlight a very special boy- Arthas! 💖

Arthas had been struggling with an unknown condition for months, causing self-mutilating of one of his legs. Even after VERY extensive testing, cones and everything else failing to stop him and little hope that it ever would, and with no off-the-shelf options available for a dog of his size, his owners reached out to me for help. Of course we stepped up and said we would do whatever we could.

I'm thrilled to say that shortly after receiving his muzzle, Arthas did finally receive a diagnosis of a rare condition causing him discomfort in that leg, and thanks to his muzzle and the right medications, his leg is now almost fully healed!! Shout out to his owners for their absolute dedication and love for their boy to do whatever it took to find an answer for him ❤️❤️
Scroll to see him recently celebrating his 9th birthday, we are so incredibly happy to have been able to help get him there. 🥹

Arthas lives with his brother Neptune, who is also muzzle trained for being a bit of a nervous guy in new situations. Two very different but very important reasons to muzzle train!

✨✨As promised....we have a lot of NEW UPDATES, especially regarding our Cookie Cutter muzzles!! 🍪✨✨

We have now expanded our Cookie Cutter line from 7 sizes to a total of 12, including a smaller bully-type size and a Brachycephalic Frenchie model, Fritter. Please note that Fritter is based on the multitude of Frenchie muzzles we have done, and will be a good fit for many French bulldogs; however, we are always happy to help double check sizing just in case. Fritter may also work for similarly sized and shaped dogs such as some Bostons, but many Brachycephalic breeds will still require a custom option. However, after seeing many similarities in our Frenchie muzzles, we decided to make a standardized version available.

In addition, sizes Cannoli and larger will now be available in 3mm vinyl as well! This will allow for a more bite-resistant option for medium-to-large dogs without going to a fully customized muzzle. We aim to make our muzzles as accessible as possible, and are continuously working towards making that happen.

In addition, we've made a couple of small tweaks to our custom models- TWO new tint colours have been added, Merlot and Forest. They are absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to see them in action! Please note the Forest is not quite as dark as it looks here but getting an accurate sample picture is difficult. Once we have a muzzle completed in this colour we will provide an update!

Name/Phrase badges will now also have the option of being SNAPPABLE- meaning you can purchase multiple badges and easily swap them out. Simply choose whether you'd like them to be attached with snaps for easy changing, or screws for something more permanent. We will be adding an Accessories purchase page very soon where you can add multiple badges to your order.

Finally, we have now added the option to have enlarged side holes on our Foodie model, as this has been requested multiple times. Keep in mind that larger holes means more potential for scavenging, but with either the Solid Front or Scavenger Guard in place, it may be a welcome option for some!

We just want to say a big thank you to all our wonderful customers for your patience these last few months. We know that we have been experiencing longer than ideal wait times, but with new goals, new equipment, and new team members, we are working harder than ever to complete orders, reduce that wait time and get them to you as quickly as possible!
