Meet Fletcher! He needs a home. He’s 6 months old, is an extremely happy boy, and will do well with kids, cats, and dogs. He will need someone that will exercise him daily and continue to work with him on house training. He is an extremely sweet boy!!

Today we are spotlighting a local rescue group, SOS Animal Rescue. SOS is most known for their support of a reduced cost Spay/Neuter program primarily for cats, but have helped 1158 dog owners as well. Did you know they have also helped almost 1100 dogs with pet food assistance and delivered 35,750 pounds of dog food for those in need of short term help to care for their dog? Located in Midland County, SOS Animal Rescue is host to the Dirty Dog Trail Run at City Forest which raises funds for the spay/neuter fund and for Shelterhouse to help care for the animals coming out of a domestic violence situation with their owner. Please take a moment to applaud the efforts of this local non-profit and very worthy group!

Welcome to Finn’s Friends. We are here to connect our dog community with local businesses, events, and general dog-friendly news.
This is Finn(left). He is a 1.5 year old Mastador (English Mastiff and Lab mix). He is very social, sweet, and playful. His likes include shredding cow hooves, deer antlers, stuffed animals, and the lawn. He weighs in around 135lbs of love.
On the right is Sadie. Sadie is about 15 months old and is a Great Pyrenees. She loves bouncing around like a baby goat, perching on the back of the couch, and being a couch guardian, warning us of all dangers including flying leaves, chipmunks, and birds.
