But I just wanted to try and help a good friend who has helped me so much physically and mentally over the last year and given me the opportunity to compete in a strongman comp!
Hulls Strongest is a purely strongman/woman and powerlifting gym based in hull
For anyone that might be thinking about training strongman/woman this gym is a great place to start, there is all the professional kit required plus a brilliant atmosphere with super friendly strong people. The owner is super knowledgable and all this can set you on your way 💪
