A piglet needs a small area of their own. This reinforces potty training and allows them to feel comfortable in their new home more quickly.
All the ideas above are good options:
1. A sturdy, well built wooden area.
Doesn’t need to be huge. Four by six is a great size.
2. An xl wire dog crate.
They are large enough for a litter box.
3. A reinforced child/pet area.
Must be reinforced or the pig will easily escape or move it all around the room.
4. An extra bedroom, closet or laundry room.
A strong baby gate or half door works great to keep them secure.
