Austin and I are obviously bernedoodle enthusiasts and we can’t believe that we added our first bernedoodle almost 8 years ago!

Ok I have to be honest…
Every litter I’ve tried to keep a puppy (or nine 😉)
The puppy raising process, even with all the poop and clean up, is so rewarding. You get to watch them go from blind deaf little potatoes to happy, adventurous, fluffy pups.
My kids pick their “favorites” and we truly love each puppy as if it were our own.
On puppy pick day, seeing how each puppy is so perfectly matched with their new families is my favorite.
I know this little lady is already so loved by her family and the rest of her litter mates have amazing families too ♥️
The count down for go home day is on, and for now we will get in all the puppy snuggles before they make their trips home.
Curious about when puppies start their puppy mush?
Puppies start mush (a mix of kibble, pumpkin, freeze dried organ meats, and puppy milk replacer/goats milk, and plain Greek yogurt) once their teeth have started to grow in.
Their teeth start to show up between 3 and 4 weeks.
It’s adorable to see how once one puppy starts munching, the other pups are quick to follow!
