Lydia’s enclosure is 95% the way completed! All we need to do is add a hanging basket of pothos in the right corner and add a fan for more air circulation.

She was able to be moved in today- oh boy is she excited for the upgrade from her temporary enclosure!

Today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate two wonderful birthdays that mean the world to us.

To my incredible partner in this crazy adventure called life—happy birthday! You continue to amaze me every single day, and I'm eternally grateful for you.

And to our beloved dog Maxwell, happy 7th birthday! It feels like just yesterday you were a tiny pup sitting in my lap, refusing to wear that Christmas sweater. From your endless antics with chip bags to your insistence on sharing my pickles, you’ve filled our lives with joy. You may be getting older, but to us, you’ll always be our first baby boy.

🌟 Hello everyone! 🌟

We're organizing a silent auction fundraiser for a fellow vendor who recently suffered a house fire(Wizard Exotics). We've already spoken to some vendors at the Madison show, but if we missed you or you'd like to contribute, please send us a message!

Here's how it will work: December 15th Rothschild, Wisconsin- We'll have designated tables for the auction. Each donation will have a matching number for bidders to write their bids on. At 2 PM, we’ll pull the bids and announce the highest bidder. They'll receive a call and a text, with 30 minutes to reach out to claim their prize before we move to the second highest bidder.

We’d prefer bidders to pay directly to Matt’s GoFundMe, but we will also accept cash. Any cash payments will be collected and mailed as a check the following Monday or Tuesday.

As we gear up for a night of tricks and treats, let’s not forget to celebrate our scaly friends who might appreciate a little Halloween spirit too! From creepy cobwebs to pumpkin decorations, there’s plenty to enjoy, but it's important to keep our reptiles safe while we celebrate.

Here are some tips to keep our slithery companions happy this Halloween:
🎃 Scents & Sprays: When getting ready for the night, please be mindful where you’re getting glammed up(or down). Heavy scents and sprays maybe toxic or harmful to your pals. It’s always advised to get ready in a separate area than where your pets are housed.
👻Safe Decorations: If you're decorating for the season, ensure that nothing can harm your pets. Avoid long strands of fake spider webs or decorative materials that they might ingest.
🎃Stress-Free Environment: Halloween can be a loud and bustling time. If your reptile seems stressed by the commotion, consider keeping them in a quiet, comfortable space away from the festivities.
👻Themed Photo Ops: Get creative! Dress up your reptiles in safe, comfy costumes (think simple accessories, not constricting outfits) and share those adorable photos with the community.
🎃Treats for Them: Instead of candy, how about a special treat for your reptiles? A live insect feast or a delicious fruit/vegetable treat can be a fun way to celebrate!
