🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Certified Good Dog Seeks Couch to Crash On 🛋️🐾
Meet Charlie BOP (Big Ole Pooch)– professional treat tester & full time cuddle expert.

He’s currently accepting applications for:
✅ Personal belly-rubber
✅ Snack provider
✅ Forever bestie 🐶❤️
He may not do taxes or wash dishes, but he will stare at you lovingly while you do them.

Specs:
🔸 Breed-ish? We’re not totally sure - thinking Lab & Great Pyrenees - but he is 100% adorable.
🔸 Age: 4 years
🔸 Bonus: Dog- and kid-friendly, great on a leash, house trained
🔸 Loves: You (probably), naps, and window-watching like it’s his job

A little backstory:
Charlie was adopted from the shelter at just 13 weeks old back in June 2021, into a home where he never learned typical dog manners — no crate training, no dog food (only human food scraps) — but he was loved in his own way. Sadly, his adopter has now entered hospice care, so we're on a mission to find this sweet boy his next forever home.

Charlie is currently being fostered in Central Texas by a wonderful family who’s helping him rediscover how to be a dog. With structure, routine, and the guidance of his foster siblings, he’s learning quickly and making progress every day. Let’s find Charlie the loving home he deserves!

🎉 Adopted: Bohdi! 🐾
From shelter pup to forever loved 💙

Bohdi came to us from BARC in early April, with his mom and sister (Harper & Lyla) at just a week old. He is now 12 weeks young and already winning hearts. After receiving his final round of vaccines on Friday, this sweet fluff officially started his new chapter—with a forever family of his very own! 🏡✨

We couldn’t be happier for this little guy and the lucky humans who get to call him theirs. Here's to belly rubs, treat-filled days, and a life full of love. 💫 Welcome home, Bohdi! 💙🐶

At 91 pounds of pure charm, Irving is ready for love—especially if you’re a lady. 😉 This freckle-faced flirt is about 2 years old and knows basic commands. He’s friendly, affectionate, and always down for a cuddle.

A few of Irving’s standout features:

After some test drives (meet and greet) and a full inspection (proper vetting), Nova has officially found her forever home! 💕

This sweet gal has traded in shelter life for kisses, soft beds, and a family who absolutely adores her. From zoomies to ZZZs, she’s living the dream — no more pit stops, just pure joy ahead!

🛞 From being out of gas (completely shutdown at the Shelter) to going full throttle, she blossomed with the love and care from her foster family. Nova’s journey is proof that rescue works.

💔 Heartstring Monday 💔
Meet Donna.

She’s a gentle giant who was so shut down, she had to be carried everywhere. Street feeders couldn’t get close—until a kind Samaritan slowly earned her trust and simply picked her up. No trap needed.

But at the shelter, Donna was too quiet, too still… and after just 48 hours, she landed on the euthanasia list.

Now safe with GPAT, Donna is finally getting the love she’s always deserved. She’s received a much-needed spa day and is slowly letting her guard down. She even gets excited to see her foster mom—and now she stands up on her own!

But Donna’s journey is just beginning. She’s still in rough shape:

Hair loss on ears, legs, and face

Painful, itchy skin (likely mange)

High heartworm positive

Signs she’s had a litter—but she’s only about 1.5–2 years old

We need your help to cover her medical care. Every donation goes directly toward helping Donna heal inside and out.
