Hey everyone!! Just to let you all know, we have added some different herbs, etc. to the website and tweaked a few of the toys. We now have many items available in smaller quantities (make sure you check any drop-downs). We also reorganized quite a few toy parts so they are easier to find, and we still have all the ready-made fleece items ON SALE! We will be switching to made to order for fleece items and most likely adding more items :-) I still have to work full time while caring for Chinchilla City! Treat your chinnies today!!

Hello All !! I've been working on some new toy ideas and was wondering what your chinchillas love best in a toy. I know my girls, Princess Bean of Poopsalot and Court Jester, Flitwick the Foolish LOVE tearing apart vine balls and anything else made with vine and bark! I'll be brainstorming this weekend so if you have any suggestions, by all means post a comment or two or three :-)

Greetings!! We are the new owners of Chinchilla City and wanted to let you all know that we are working on getting the store open for critical supplies (food and treats) within the next 2 weeks. We have a few kinks to work through and will post here as soon as we have them all worked out! Please be patient with us :-) We will be adding toys and parts quickly thereafter. As many of our faithful customers have likely noticed, the store has been closed for an extended period of time. We had some rather abrupt changes in our lives, including a new full time job in a different state for me, and a sudden move. We’re currently between states and between houses. Unfortunately, that means I no longer have the time or the space for Chinchilla City.

After much thought, a friend is taking over Chinchilla City and will continue on with it, making it bigger and better along the way. Some of the fleece your chinchillas are currently enjoying may have been sewn by her, and she actually hopes to be adding more fleece products as she gets into the groove of things. We’re still figuring things out and planning, but she hopes to be up and running by mid to late February. Please have patience with us during this transition.

And know that I appreciate each and every one of you and the support you have shown my little business through the years. I have enjoyed getting to know all of you and your fur babies and will miss you all so much. I feel like I am leaving you in good hands. -Ann❤️

Hi y’all! We had a huge order come in and wipe us out. I’ve been busy trying to get toys made and am slowly shipping orders out. I am just now getting to orders that came in on September 8th. I appreciate your patience while I work to catch up orders, keep toys made and shelves stocked. It’s a true labor of love. ❤
