Been carrying this around for about 10 minutes because I want to go outside in the mud and chew on it and then bury it. But it’s raining and mom thinks I shouldn’t go play in the mud. She’s a party pooper.

Well, I think it’s too hot to go outside so I’ll do nap number 4 this morning on the nice cool couch.

Congratulations to James Swanson OPA for winning not only the Most Original Award of Excellence at the National Exhibition but also the Dorothy Mellin Driehaus Fellowship for Midwestern Artists for his painting Morning Swim. This painting has sold, but there are other lovely pieces at Reinert Fine Art through the end of the month.

So today mom decides to go to an art show which is in the shade and she thinks she’s going to put me on a leash and it’s going to work.
