Good News!! 🐾 ... Premium Paws will now be trialling an online booking service which is directly linked to the central booking system, this has been something I have wanted to introduce to the business in order to increase response time to my customers and support in securing a booking without delay

🐾 Existing Customers of Premium Paws 🐾

Your info has been pre-loaded onto the system so when you head over to the booking page your number will be your login details and it will show you the groom which was last completed. There is no need for you to re-enter any info select the date and time which works for you.

🐾 New Customers 🐾

As a new customer of Premium Paws, you will be asked to add your basic details such as an address, pets name and your name – once you have done this you will go through to the booking page to select the service (groom) – if you have any questions regarding what one is most suitable for your dog then please do reach out – I have simplified the business offering to help make things as easy as possible when it comes to booking.

Once the booking has come through this will then be sent to me to check and then you will receive a text confirmation from my work number which is the number that sends you reminders closer to your appointment

As this is a new function to the business there could be some teething problems so, please do not hesitate to still contact me if you have any questions or need any help
