Winter is upon us and here is a little update on Thanatos!! While he won’t let us put a blanket on him, he did get a nice winter coat AND look at the weight he’s gained!! This is a picture from the day we got him and the other is today, just look at that belly!

We got our teeth floated today by the awesome Dr. Brenda! We have found out he is 7 in age and needs a little bit of chiropractic work done but he is young enough that with the right care he will be an awesome little (well, not so little) guy.

Big man is looking soooo much better! He is such a lover!! The vet will be out Oct 26th to do an assessment on him to see where we go from here now that his weight is picking up.

Soon as I have a plan of action for him, he will be available for adoption. He is a big lover boy and as sweet as they come, but he will definitely need someone with a quiet gentle personality who can show him how to trust and be patient with him.

We will keep the updates coming :)

(As soon as Thanatos is successfully rehomed we will be getting our next rescue to save from slaughter. If you want to donate toward any of the vet bills, ferrier bills, care or adoption of these horses your donation will be able to be written off as a donation to a charity)

This first video is our intake video the day Thanatos came to us. We still have a long road but this guy has made HUGE strides. He is the SWEETEST most lovable boy ever. (I will post an updated picture after this, facebook won't let me post pictures and videos together)

Upgrading the stalls today and getting ready to level the floor and pour concrete to add more stalls!

Getting new pastures up for the horses! We hope to add 4 more pastures in the upcoming months so that we can have the option for quarantine and separate herds if needed!

Hello everyone! We are excited to announce that we have finalized our nonprofit charitable organization so we are able to take donations for the rescue and rehabilitation of horses. We currently have our first rescue that we are rehabbing. I will post his progress and any other rescues we take in!
