So many of you have asked that I feel I have to dedicate an entire post to it. "How are you?" "Are you sad?" "How will you let them go?".

As much as I love puppies (and you all know I do!), I care about people's well being, happiness and joy more. Just ask my closest friends who've had struggles or who are in need of assistance, I'm always there helping and being supportive.
💛
Since I'm never going to be able to help and support more than my fair share, this is as close as I am going to get to comforting, caring and providing for as many people as I can. It's truly unbelievable the smiles on people's faces everyday when we go for a walk, the delight it brings kids meeting a puppy and the serotonin levels of those closest to us who love on our dogs.

From the moment we bred to now, I have been thinking about the families.

We have been so fortunate to find the most caring and kind families for the floofsters. They are all beautiful humans and 4 out of 6 are first time owners of their very own puppy. How special, their very own dream now coming true. And it's way beyond the families getting a cute little ball of fur. It's knowing that these pups will become an essential heartbeat in their homes.

They will become the sibling to the kids, companions to the work from home parents and sleeping buddies of the shift workers. They will become the best friend of an anxious child. They will become a therapy dog in their community (and thereby bless countless people).

When the pups go home, I will be just so filled with joy that I'm hoping there is no room for sadness. Yes, I'll miss those soft, sleepy, polar bear cuddles. (Although, not all of the poo!). And I'll miss being the center of their universe. But from the moment they were conceived, I've been acutely aware that I'm merely the guardian. I am safeguarding another's family member, looking forward to the day that they finally get to where they were meant to be: home.
