UPDATE - Sounds like Happy has been rehomed which is wonderful news. So that just leaves Kura. Here is some info and pics of her

Kura , Thoroughbred
Mare, 18yrs, 15hh approx
Known history - ex racehorse, used as a broodmare mare (at least 2-3 foals I know of), trecking horse for awhile.
I've had her the last 3 years and have used her just for pleasure riding and a little bit of stunt riding and vaulting.
She's good on the ground and beautiful in the saddle. She has been turned out and not ridden for the last 6 months. Has done some ground work.

Happy to hand her over. Just want her to go somewhere where she can live out her best life. I unfortunately can no longer give that to her and her owners no longer want her.

Can anyone help Jessica rehome her 2 horses. Unfortunately we aren't taking on anymore at the moment

Quick update and pic on Max. Looking much happier this morning. Thanks for all your messages and kind thoughts. I am soʻ very touched 💞.

Well i gotta say that this is not how I wanted to start my Tuesday morning....

Just want to say a huge thank you to the fire brigade. I am humbled that you came so quickly and were very caring towards my very stuck horse. And also as usual to our awesome neighbour who we really could not do without. SO SO very grateful.

Hi all, I have been asked to by Hellie who contacted me through Happy Horse Sanctuary and who lives in Blenheim in the hope that there is someone who can help her re-home her 2 horses.

Unfortunately Hellie has had an accident and can no longer care for her furbabies in the way she would like. We here are at our limits and hence my post.

Is there any horse sanctuary in the South Island? Hellie is happy to sponsor her horses. Heres a little about them.

Leo is 21yrs old, a gelding and is 15hh. He has been ridden but is now retired and is happy being a paddock mate. He loves attention and getting cuddles. Charlie Brown is 19, also a gelding and is 16hh. He has been backed but is still green. He needs attention and work. Has a lovely temperament, easy to catch float etc. Charlie came off the track after having a terrible accident and Hellie spent 3 years getting him well again.

If there is anyone who can help please let me know.
