A predatory mammal of the feline family, it lives in most countries of Africa, as well as in the Middle East. It is the only modern representative of the genus Acinonyx. The fastest of all land mammals: it can reach speeds of up to 110 km/h in 3 seconds. According to other data, the maximum speed of cheetahs reaches 93 km/h.
