Seven weeks old!! These three friends from Sadie/Ozzie! 💙

is a female mini Australian Labradoodle. Her personality is laid back but playful and very smart. She loves to sit and cuddle and watch what’s going on around her. She picked up the command ‘sit’ the first time we worked on it. She has a beautiful red marbled straight/wavy coat. She wants to please and be a companion to a wonderful human.

is a female mini ALD. She is smaller than her two siblings but likes to take over with her playful s***k. She is the least ‘talkative’ and loves to play! She has a left blue eye that reveals a bit of the Merle that is in her. Her loose curly coat is a rich beautiful cream and apricot.

pup is our male mini ALD. He is the sweetest thing always wanting to kiss whoever picks him up!💕 He LOVES to be in the middle of the action and wants to be around his humans. He likes to talk a bit and let you know what he wants. He is smart and ready to please! His beautiful thick coat is wavy/loose curls. He has a bit of a mixed Merle apricot/cream coat and a beautiful blue eye that shows off his merle gene🩵

✨TIPS for crate training… -for a new puppy, divide the crate so that he does not have ‘room’ to poo. (Just big enough for him to stand up/lay down/turn around) -feed puppy in crate-they associate something good with the crate -use a cover for the crate. That helps them not be distracted when eating, nap better, and allows you to go about your business. -as long as the pup has gone #1 and #2 before bedtime, he can sleep through the night. -it’s ok to let them whine in their crate…that is normal for when they are first starting to learn to be ‘on their own’. A stuffed animal or good chew toy can also help them feel safe/occupied. (Would be better to let them whine, then let them think that every time they whine, they get to be let out) -using the crate for nap time, bed time, work time is helpful and safe for the pup. At Crossfield Doodles West we are able to provide a three week training program for puppies before they go to their forever home. Crossfield Doodles West

Here is our story: My husband, Will and I traveled on the road for twenty years helping churches across the country. My husband would share about how each one of us could have a personal relationship with the Lord and I would play my violin/fiddle with a team of musicians. We did Irish concerts, teen outreaches and children’s ministry while helping the different churches...

But wait, I need to start even before that. During a summer between my sophomore and junior year of college I worked at a youth camp in the mountains of Colorado. I was a team leader that summer and the leader and head rival of the competing team was a tall guy named Josh. Josh soon started dating a girl named Christy who also worked at the same camp.

Fast forward a couple years, and Josh, Christy and I all graduated from the same college out East.

Fast forward quite a few more years...Will and I, and our five children (yes! thats right;) along with the music team were in PA ministering alongside Josh and Christy at the church where he was an assistant Pastor. At that time Christy had just started Crossfield Doodles and my kids were in her yard playing with her doodles any chance they could get. My youngest daughter Elli told me that she wished God would let her have a puppy...
