A sleeping bearded dragon is often a very ungraceful creature, with many a photo showing dragons asleep in their food or other unusual places.
But did you know beardies can sleep while standing on just their back legs?

Although a loss of a limb doesn't grow back for a beardie, the loss of a tooth or even a few teeth can be temporary.
The front teeth of a bearded dragon, used for grabbing and tearing their food, can be dislodged so have evolved to grow back.

We all love a good beardie, but it's always best to think before expanding your beardie family.
Many new owners of bearded dragons ask whether they can live together. The simple answer to this question is:
You should avoid keeping beardies together and you must question why you want to keep them together.
Beardies are naturally territorial animals, especially males, and having more than one in a small space can cause them to fight.
