we had a surprise litter this morning!! nilla apparently did take she was just longer than I thought.

nilla had 6 babies! 1 peanut sadly 😞 but we have our own hernando hops lops now!

chili had 8 babies and they are all healthy! No peanuts!🩶

update!

chili started pulling fur so we should be having some flemish x NZ kits soon. nutmeg is very very pregnant and she is due by the 25th! so we will see what comes of that. nilla is going to be rebred this weekend, so we will have more lops here soon!

so little update! nilla is obviously not bred, I will be attempting to get her rebred this week so we can finally have hollands! we haven’t had a holland litter in so long, so fingers crossed that my buck does what he is supposed to do and she takes and so we can have a giveaway bunny!!

sorry for the inactive posting. life's been busy. but, today nilla started showing signs of pregnancy! so i'm hoping that babies will be here in 1-2 weeks! also, our rex were bred so we will have those babies next month! keep your eyes peeled for updates.🥰

✨bunny update✨

this is bluebell (previously named latte here at HHR) she went to her new home back in the summer! her mom says that her fav snacks are carrots & tomatoes. she loves head rubs and she likes to eat the expensive hay... (the phone chargers lol). ive gone to see her a bit & she's on the smaller side of bunnies but she is very sweet!

Chili🤎, chili is the best mama!! She is the mother of 6 babies here and she’s a Flemish giant mix, she has the best temperament ever and she is like a huge puppy, she will just sleep in your arms! She is one of the best moms I’ve had here and I can’t wait to have more litters from her. she is also named off of the show Bluey. She is kinda camera shy so that’s why she is hunched up, she wasn’t thrilled lol but I gave her a treat afterwards so she forgave me

bandit 🤍, bandit is a NZ cross buck! He is our biggest male bunny, he is the dad of the babies we have available right now, he is a very sweet sweet boy and he loves to sit down on the couch and watch shows with me, he is named off of the kids show “bluey”, he is so silly! he will be the sire of more bunnies to come in the future.

gidget🩶, gidget is a netherland dwarf blue otter vm, I got her from Brown’s Bunny Farm , she is our diva here at HHR! She may be small but her personality sure makes up for it lol, she is just a little bundle of pizazz! she will be apart of our breeding program in February, so keep an eye out for updates on that! I can’t wait to see where she takes us

“Small town lops Waylon” (wafer)🤎, I’m so excited about this guy! He is so unique, he’s a black tort otter vm and he’s a cute one at that. He loves the camera (as you can tell!) he also loves to cuddle, he’s such a sweetheart and we’ve had him for only a short while. he’s like a little baby bear, he came from Rose Rabbitry and I can’t be more thankful to start using him in my program! He is paired with nilla and they will be having their litter next month. Can’t wait to see how the babies look!
