Hey farm friends! We are super excited to share our newest project with you...naturally dyed t-shirts! As you may know, my permaculture background teaches me to use the resources available on our property and our property has LOTS of black walnut trees. We've been harvesting them for cooking and snacking but now we're using them to tie-dye shirts and they are soooo cool!
As an artist I love that it's a unique end result but just as a curious person I am loving the journey into natural dyes❤️❤️❤️
We're currently experimenting with other natural dyes and are excited sharing those results as they come in. Watch our page to see what's happening!
Stop by and check out what we're doing here at the farm and let us know what you think 👍👍👍

Hey farm friends! As much as we need the rain, we have decided to not open today because of it. We can't really work the field without seriously compacting the soil so we're taking the day off and catching up on some office stuff.
We plan to be open tomorrow with plenty of garden fresh produce for you to enjoy!
Stay safe and dry today!

Hey farm friends! Looking forward to the rain the next few days and we love it!!!! Because we use so many wood chips, this rain will help prepare the farm for the year ahead and be stored in the soil layers for the plants to access through the fall. This storage ability is due in large part because we are a no-till farm and we work to retain the soil structure for water storage. Sustainable farming wins again!!!!❤️
It's still a perfect day for some farm fresh, pesticide free lettuce! Wouldn't that salad taste wonderful for lunch or dinner?!?! We have several varieties for you to choose from so stop by and pick yours up today!
We currently have both fresh cut and head lettuce, arugula, bok Choi, collards and a few tomatoes to add to your favorite recipe. We also have some delicious compound butters and culinary salt that are made with our own herbs so you know the flavor is spectacular!

Welcome to our family farm...

We are a small, family owned farm located in Choctaw Oklahoma featuring farm fresh produce and medicinal herbs using regenerative, no till farming practices. We use only natural processes to improve the soil and plant health, focusing on soil regeneration.

We have recently moved back to Oklahoma from California where we ran a sustainable landscaping business that focused on installing urban food forests. We worked with various groups and non-profits to install these edible gardens for families all over Solano County, CA. We also taught classes on soil health, water conservation, composting and grey water installation.

We decided to move back home to restart our family farm and are scheduled to open for sales to the public in the spring of 2020. We will also be offering classes on soil health, water conservation and growing urban food forests. Classes will start in the fall of 2019 in preparation for the spring planting season.

Please join us as we start this new adventure!
