Today we say our final goodbye to Hero.
In his youth he could gallop as fast as the wind, more recently he was herd leader for the retirees, but time has finally caught up with him.
He was simply the best hairy buddy in every way.
This morning he managed a smile for the camera to say goodbye.
He was very much loved.

Today Hero moved to the retirement paddocks. He already knows all the horses around him, so settled quite quickly to the important job of hay demolition.

The Brown horse was feeling pretty chill this morning. Zero intention to canter was shown.

Shiny & rattly training today. He also had a good old chew on his bit while he was thinking.
