On Saturday, 10/23, the Keystone Bichon Frise Club presented a bullet proof vest to a member of the K-9 police force at their general membership meeting. During the meeting, police officers put on a very informative demonstration. This is a photo from the meeting. If you were not able to attend, you really missed a good one! It was informative and entertaining and we were thrilled to be able to donate this vest to such a worthy cause. If you attended and took additional photos, feel free to post them here!

Welcome bichon lovers! The Keystone Bichon Frise Club is a place where we can all come together to obsess over our bichons without being mocked by our so-called “friends” and “family” who don’t share our love for the breed. Or as “they” say, our “obsession”.
Do you love bichons? Do you find yourself suffering from an irrational desire to talk about little else besides your bichon, day and night, 365 days a year? Do you ask your friends if it’s okay to bring your dog when you’re invited over? Do you sometimes stay home because you don’t want to leave your dog behind? Do you find yourself disliking people who don’t like your dog? Do you bring a stroller on walks in case your dog tires and needs a ride? Do you find yourself with only a sliver of the king-sized bed left over once your dog has claimed his or her spot for the night? Do you suspect that your friends are talking about you when you aren’t around? Perhaps you fear that there’s been discussion about scheduling a possible intervention concerning this matter? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, you MAY be one of us!
