The Great Victorian Road Trip.
Another great place to stop and spend a few lazy days, or go for a paddle on the Goulburn River.
We managed to snag an awesome unpowered site (59-60) with nice grass and great views.
Well worth the trip!

Victorian Doggy Day Trips
Where: Echuca
What: Paddle Steamer Cruise

Just a short drive from our base camp in Rochester is the bustling historic border town of Echuca.
With plenty of things to see and do, we chose to take a dog friendly one hour river cruise on the Echuca paddle steamers Pevensey PS famous from the 1982 TV mini-series All The Rivers Run.

With quite a few wooden steps down to the water from the ground level Port decking area, we chose to carry Leo however it appears to have wheel chair ramps available upon request.

With on board refreshments and comfy open deck seating it was a pleasure to share views of the Murray River with our fur baby.

If you did, this is Sterling, he is hands down the cutest member of the Track and Tide crew, and we can’t wait to take him on adventures with us. But unfortunately, he is only eight weeks old, so he is not allowed to do much now.

The little fluff ball will be in training until we kick off full time travelling again. He already has posing for the camera down pat, but we need to work on all the essential skills.

So, we will be adding doggo content as he grows up, completes training, we build the perfect spot in the new Patrol and find all the right products to help make our travels fun and easy.

Glen Cromie is located in Gippsland Victoria not far from Warragul.
Nice little park on the Tarago River, adequate grassy powered and non powered sites with clean facilities.
Interwebs and weak TV signal.
Hot Tip: bring drinking water!
