Chard can be steamed or sauteed, and it's great in soups, stews, casseroles, frittatas and quiches. Young leaves can be eaten raw in salads. Chard always has green leaves, but the stalks can be a variety of colors.

Dog treats at the Easthampton Farmers today..plus all of our fresh hydroponic Supreme lettuce blend, Kale, arugula and microgreens... fresh live Basil too! Harvested last night and this morning. Cannot get any fresher and no pesticides used EVER!!!
