As themes go, aren't they just so flipping relevant for all of us at the moment?!

This is why I am going on about take time to rest and recover. The scales need to balance if she's got a hope in hell of using that sword properly.

Kitty is a sensitive soul with big feelings who told me that she recently got injured in an encounter with a dog.

She kept showing me a clear message: justice matters.

It made sense to her person: Kitty’s past was tough, and now her freedom is limited while she recovers.

Our session helped, her person to better understand how to help her feel heard, respected, and safe.

Spring can only be here because Winter came first.
Even Jesus didn’t rise straight away!

🌿 Rest is a sacred act of rebellion in a capitalist society.
🌿 It's okay to do things that nourish you - yes, even while the world is on fire.
🌿 You cannot serve that thing you are most passionate about if you are burnt out (Trust me, I tried).
🌿 Productive all the time, or sustainable. You may pick only one.

PLEASE put down the device and do something that will nourish you this weekend. I'm going to be gardening, walking the dog nice places and playing with my watercolour paints.

Not all animal communication has to deal with big serious matters. Some animals often want to share what they enjoy!

I've had animals tell me their favourite route for adventures, favourite film (Lassie), who their best friend is, and even their favourite type of sunshine!

What would your animal mention in passing that they were enjoying at the moment? Foxy is all about the spring sunshine!
