Haven't posted in a while. Spring means the busy season for my day job. Here's what I've been up to when I can find some spare time and energy. Badger cleaned and ready for degreasing. Longhorn going home. Customer only wanted beetle clean, no degreasing. Waygu going into degreasing. And the new degreasing tank.

2 more aoudad horn sheaths sweated off. Man these things stink! At least no maggots this time. They'll go back into the freezer for a bit and then into the beetles.

Finally got my first aoudad horns sweated off. Head's in the freezer and horns are filled with amonia and in the fridge. Can't wait to see how fast the bugs clean this gal.
