It took almost a year for my little rescue Gourd to be able to eat on her own. She wanted to be with me and have me sit with her to eat.
Whatever it took for her to de-stress is exactly the pace I took.
I'm glad we were matched up together.

So, at the end of the pasture is a large pond and bird sanctuary with huge lily pods.
The terrain slopes downhill providing a completely private campsite surrounded by gorgeous trees.

So seriously,
This is my property that abuts the river and just like at the dog park, there are no rules.
If any of my dog park guests are traveling through the mountains by Packwood or the White Pass area, you are welcome to drop me a message and come PRIVATE CAMPING with your dog. The back 5 acres is wide open and I'm going to blaze a trail through the woods to our own sandy beach on the river. Give me a month and I'll have your table and chairs down there as well as a bonfire pit.
Just like Furry Friends Private Play Park - SniffSpot, I can't see what you're doing and I don't care.
Think about it.

There are rabbits roaming around my new farm.
The previous owners left us two big ducks and one chicken. My hens haven't met the other birds yet.
I was able to bring 7 of my barn cats with me for all organic pest control.

In two days I have MULTIPLE FULL PRICE OFFERS.
One family drove over 200 miles from Omak to come look at my farm and give me an offer and one offer was sight unseen from Walla Walla.
It was only open over the weekend and today I'm reviewing my buyers.

Almost 2000 views and 64 saves on just Zillow for the farm.
We're accepting offers until Monday and then reviewing them all. Ultimately the money isn't the only deciding factor when choosing the new owner.

44 weeks ago yesterday I brought home this little girl from the Hermiston humane society and this morning for the first time she woke me up to 💩
She crawled up next to me and gently rubbed my face. It takes them so long to get over their past traumas and every day it seems we cross a new milestone of trust. My hope is that she eventually gets over her food anxiety.

In the end......
I'm the big winner......
My new farm is over 6 times the size of this property nestled between two beautiful mountains and ends at the river.
I shall spend the rest of eternity where people come from all over the world to vacation and explore.
A real house with seven outbuildings that include this magnificent huge barn and it sits way back from the road on my long PRIVATE road.

Monday's......
I love Monday's......
I was born on a Monday!
My housekeeper comes on Monday and she makes my life so much brighter.
I have her not because I'm lazy but because I have a lot of things to do outside and I need to know I'm not neglecting my home.
She's no more than 5ft tall and she packs a whole lot of cleaning power in her little body. She comes with her own ladder and gets everything top to bottom.
If anyone is looking for a licensed professional cleaning lady to make your life brighter, her name is Gabriella and I highly recommend her.

Today is the last day of Furry Friends Private Play Park - SniffSpot
It was truly my pleasure to provide a fun place to take your dogs but then I didn't feel it was safe for us due to pressure from the NIMBY's.
When 💩 stops being fun I stop.
The fences come down in the morning and now it's a private dog park for just my mutt.

Today's member brought her mom and their dogs to the park and that's why I do this. I want to make a welcoming environment that you feel comfortable sharing with your family and friends.
I've had a lot of down time so I increased my capacity from a 20 to 25 guests and these opportunities aren't open for long.

I was supposed to have a party today and I fixed up four, count them, four different areas to hang out and have lots of privacy.
Key word "supposed to".
Oh well, I had nothing better to do right!
But as you can see the bonfire pit is ready for your gatherings. I took it off as an extra fee so you can now do whatever you want to out here.

Yesterday ended at the park with my newest member signing up and making her booking 3 minutes before 4pm cutoff time.
Two Schnoodles, even the name sounds cute. They're my 20th member and I'm at my chosen capacity. If you have been here before and you want to come once in awhile, send me a private message.
For the Finley folk following me, think about planting a few trees and opening up your pasture for passive income to supplement your social security. You'd be making a lot of families with dogs happy.

Today was the 1st time Gourd has left the house. She got her vet check-up and got a microchip and rabies vaccine. A week ago I had a mobile groomer come to the farm for a nail trim and bath. She weighs all of 25 pounds and we're inseparable as you can see she's right next to my chair.
This farm needed a dog and I needed a companion.
