Well have heard back from council and we need to hire a "design professional to provide plans, elevations, cross sections and specifications of a similar standard to those required for a building consent application. " Anyone know who we can contact?

Wow just had a visit from Waimak Council, apparently someone reported us and despite researching everything before we moved their are things that we weren't told. They reckon shouldn't be problems but feeling sick now they are going to close me down. More stress we don't need.😥let's hope I'm just overreacting, they seemed positive, I guess I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything at the moment.

Painting finished yesterday have some gear in and first client at 11am today. Builders today to do maintenance on house. Soooo tired.

Getting there with my wee dog room, hopefully builder, plumber and electrician finish up today. Floor being laid tomorrow and then painted.

Well we are in and starting to get things done, bit of a revolving door with tradesmen, looking forward to some finished work, not looking forward to the bills 🤣 but needs must. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the new but smaller abode. Tracy XX

Well its D Day. We are leaving our beautiful home of nearly 20 yrs to be townies. Mixed feelings, going to miss the peace and outlook we have but its time to go. Big Thanks to Mum who has done so much packing and cleaning while I worked, couldn't have done it without you. Bit of work to be done in new place but we'll get there. See you on the other side 29 West Belt Rangiora. ###

Well since last post we have had 2 open homes and were presented with 6 offers last night. So all going well we will be shifting to 29 West Belt Rangiora on Oct 8. Super fast our heads are spinning. Sorry but will have to cancel all appts for week of oct 7 and maybe a few days the following week depending on how quick the new grooming room can get set up. Hope to still see you all jn the new space. Tracy XX

Well, as most of you probably know by now we are selling up. We have gone live last week and had a lot of interest. We have signed up for a place in Rangiora, fingers crossed. I will still be grooming but will need to take a week off if everything goes as planned. I will rearrange appts to make sure no one misses out, it may be late night or a Sunday. Please be patient with me at this time as my head is going in a million places 🤣.
We are looking forward to this next chapter in our lives but must admit we will miss our beautiful home and everything we have built here. So looking forward to introducing everyone to the new place when we get there. Tracy

Day off getting work done on this year's Christmas gifts, have been on going since March and still a few more to do. Hope everyone likes them, not perfect but all hand made, sanded and painted by me. I'm really pleased with them so looking forward to giving them out. Tracy XX
