:) very important to teach.
And for those few out there he did not in anyway cause that puppy any harm he doesn't slam him In the door he shows him he must wait .
Just like children/humans /animals ... some learn differently and need gentle as it be visible pros and cons to learn as it is how we ALL learn human and animal .
That for every action there is a reaction .
Although as we see daily in this world lately the NEW let them do whatever they want and when we like it we will give them a biscuit when we dont LIKE it we will ignore it .
Using that one approach to training can cost your dog his life in certain situations.
Education and learning from different training methods is the way to do it just like anything we teach to any living thing no one approach ... works for everyone.
I would never condone any harsh training methods but I also do not believe it should be all rainbows and roses and never letting them know... that is not a desired behavior.
My children also grew up knowing what was good and what was bad and they are wonderful and have gone on to be wonderful parents .
So if you have a method that works for you ....you do you .
But for anyone looking to gain insight and knowledge from many sources to develop the best approach and a vast knowledge of training and canine behavior then read and watch all u can and take from that what works and what is comfortable for you and your situation.
