‼️ICYMI‼️ In yesterdays video, we talked about ✨anxiety✨ in dogs If you have a dog that’s destroying your couch, eating your shoes, or just showing destructive behavior? 👉This dog is bored and anxious! They need stimuli to tire them out and give them the exercise they need. Here’s just a few ideas: ✴️ a nice long sniffy walk 👉 they can get stimulation from sniffing AND exercise ✴️ prep a licki-mat. Put some of their favorite foods/treats on a mat, pop it in the freezer, and give it to your puppy when they’re ready for stimulation! ✴️ play “go find” 👉 check out my recent post to learn how to play. Meet Bear 🐻 @bearoffleash I met Bear right before he was about to enter training around winter 2024 at @inlinek9training His jumping was off the wall and he would react to seeing other dogs. I mean..he’s a puppy after all and they all have to learn! 🥹 this photo was taken at our walk this past Monday and LET ME TELL YOU how far he has gotten! 👉jumping is minimal 👉he responds SO well to “leave it” when passing other dogs 👉his leash pulling has gotten much better 💕 I have a passion for working alongside dogs, their owners, and their trainers to ensure that I continue the training when the owners aren’t around. The progress you see after months of time together is UNMATCHED! If you’re working with a dog like Bear, don’t hesitate to reach out.
