Even TomTom knows...it's difficult getting a great photo in a tuxedo when one has to wear a giant cone around one's neck. But that cone proves why TomTom is our rookie drafted into the this week.

TomTom came to the SPCA back on November 1 with a severely-broken leg and unstable joints, a broken tooth, then after amputation, an infection due to his attempts to nurse his own incisions...which led to additional surgery and the dreaded cone. His medical care at a clinic would have exceeded $2000!

TomTom is doing exceedingly well adjusting to life without the additional pain of the now-amputated leg, and he's even started adjusting to life in a cone. Once that tooth comes out and that cone comes off, TomTom's sweet and loving personality will be on full display! He'd heal up even faster in a loving home for the holidays!

This is where comes in. Through , Hayley and Brandon Beane donate $100 for every home game touchdown, and that exciting and snowy game against the 49ers 12/1 resulted in five TDs! That's a $500 donation, put directly towards the extensive care of animals just like TomTom. Thank you, Brandon and Hayley!

This rookie went on a Doggie Entourage with Samantha today, and Samantha decided she wanted to be the one taking Jane on ALL her entourages! So, West Seneca, look for Jane around town, because she’ll remain a West Seneca resident! And her adoption fee? Why, paid by Hayley & Brandon Beane, of course! Now THAT’S the way to treat a lady!
