The engineer goby, Pholidychtys luecotaenia, has a black body with a white straight stripe. Engineer Gobies go by several names, including Convict Goby and Convict Blenny. The identification of these rare species is made more difficult by the fact that Priolepis nocturna, another fish, also goes by the name Convict Blenny. This fish is not a true goby, either. They are quite calm and robust. They can be housed with other peaceful fish in an environment with reef tanks, but in smaller tanks, they might become aggressive toward certain blennies, gobies, or dartfish.

A Comprehensive Guide into caring the Engineer Goby including water conditions, tank requirements, feeding habits, diseases and breeding.

Polar blue parrot cichlid is also known as polar blue cichlid or polar parrot cichlid. They are thought to be a hybrid made by mixing the Convict cichlid and parrot cichlid. A lot of online sources support this theory. But there’s no actual evidence that these fish have been made as a hybrid, even if it’s true then there’s no scientific or documented evidence supporting that they were a product of cross-breeding the convicts and parrot cichlids. So we must keep an open mind about the origin of polar blue cichlids. However, the appearance of this fish does somewhat supports the theory of the convict and parrot cichlid hybrid.

Polar Blue Parrot Cichlid is a cute compact bodied fish. Polar Parrot is indeed a beginner's fish. They are very easy to care for and breed.
