A foster home is urgently needed for Roxy. 🩷

Roxy is a beautiful shepherd, just under a year old. She needs a foster home without other dogs and with older children.

Info : LARGE currently rather timid girl . Submissive , unsure and very unhappy... despite this she is responsive to attention and loves the petting and ear tickles . Previous owner advised ok with other dogs / cats / unknown if ok with children / not lead trained / has been house living .
Would imagine she would benefit from a new owner/s who can lavish time and attention on her , revitalize her confidence and enable her to become the shadow companion pet she deserves to be . Previous knowledge of the breed would be good but not a deal maker... Needs to be house living ( not SI council accommodation - as she is listed as restricted breed ) with access to a secure garden / yard to ensure her safety at all times . Be lovely to see her tail carried high again in a fabulous home !

So sad that our one year collie girl Willow didn’t get any applications. She’s such an affectionate, loyal, intelligent dog who had a really tough start in life. We would love to find Willow a home in the country with access to indoors and outside. She loves to be with you as you work in the garden or whatever jobs have to be done. Willow would like another young dog to play with and an active family who will keep her at the hearth of the home.

Willow is house trained, microchipped, vaccinated and spayed. She currently lives with a cat and ignores it. She is not living with children but has been fine around the ones she has met. Due to previous experiences Willow is scared of being locked in an enclosed room by herself

🚨 William and Eleanor Sheehy, of Grange More, Timoleague, Co Cork 🚨

She said fish boxes were used for the dogs’ bedding and the boxes were chewed.

Ms Faherty said some of the dogs appeared to have conjunctivitis and alopecia; there were discharges from their ears and their coats were matted. She said some of the dogs were spinning around, indicating they were confined to their kennels a lot.

The dogs included cocker spaniels, poodles, cavaliers, bichons, Bernese mountain dogs, Newfoundlands, Jack Russells and collies.

This is a private rehoming of an XL Bully in Clondalkin, no fault of the dog or the owner, an unfortunate situation. The owner does NOT want to send this dog to the pound.

RIP to this innocent 7-month-old baby, killed by Louth Pound simply for being wrongly ‘typed’ as an XL Bully, when he was clearly an American Pitbull Terrier—NOT a banned breed. This is an outrage, and it can’t be ignored! These needless, unjust killings must stop NOW. We need to be a voice for these poor, defenseless animals and hold those responsible accountable. I’ve attached contact details—speak up, demand change, and don’t let another innocent life be taken!
