CRUMB TAGS. Has anyone else had the advertisements for Crumb tags pop up on their feed? I have, and I sent off for one for my own dog - it was supposedly ‘free’ but I paid the postage - now I discover it’s going to be a monthly subscription to register my details. £4.99 per month, but when I queried it they offered a ‘special rate’ of 99p. The basic idea of a QR code on the tag (which takes you to a web page with full details about the dog) is good, but I dont think they were up front about the cost. Now I’m getting loads of email and text reminders to sign up (ie pay up). I don’t think I’m going to bother. Just wanted to flag this up and see what others think.
