Today was super fun, celebrating the 125th Minnesota Mycologic Society birthday 🎂. Today, I spoke about the bioactive compounds found in mushrooms and what makes them different! This photo is a picture of the comparsions between a wild wrinkled peach and a version that I had cultivated. (On the left is the cultivated, and on the right is the wild.) It was great meeting all the mycophiles who had come out to the event! Thanks to MMS for inviting me out to speak!
