I cloned the Olive Oysterling! S. Serotina is a unique mushroom with a flavor similar to shiitakes. They grow in a variety of colors from pale yellow in warmer temperatures to more of a deep green to purple in colder temperatures. This is a great addition to any gourmet cultivator's arsenal! If you're interested in a sample of this, I will have it added to my website later this evening!
