Tribute to broodmares…

The foaling season is about to start and I am always so impressed by the beauty and proudness with which mares carry their immense foals. Producing a 70 kilo foal in 11 months is truly an incredible achievement.

Broodmares are often overlooked and quickly forgotten, but we can not applaud them enough for their role in producing somebodies future best friend…

Ours come in hand daily, still go on short hacks into the wood, are in top fit shape and will hopefully really enjoy their motherhood all summer.

This week they will participate in the NEXTQUESTRIAN clinic by Jean Bemelmans in Lathum Holland.

Their training and improved locomotion will guarded by a ‘digital eye tracking device’ ….
