Effective June 1st, we are transitioning all our guinea pig clients from fleece liners to paper bedding.

Paper bedding is a natural bedding for small pets. It offers numerous benefits over fleece liners, including superior odor control, better p*e absorption, reduced risk of respiratory issues, easier maintenance, and enhanced comfort for the guinea pigs especially during summer (better airflow).

We are no longer offering fleece liners for our guinea pigs. It has come to our attention that is not washer-friendly. Thus, we will now switch to a safe alternative solution which is paper bedding. Thank you all for understanding.

Many only submit the Reservation Form, but we can’t process your booking request until we receive both forms, as the Terms and Conditions Form acts as an agreement and waiver. Our slots operate on a first-come, first-served basis, but only complete form submissions are considered. While we do send reminder emails once, if the form remains incomplete, the slot will be allocated to another individual.

🎶 Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar? Cookie stole the cookie from the cookie jar! 🎶

Last time, we presented our father and son duo: Pumpkin and Zucchi. This weekend, we're giving you our two lovely sisters: Chip (7m) and Cookie (1y)! You heard it right— [Chocolate] Chip Cookie! 🍪 Are you getting hungry?

Last December, just before Christmas, we rescued Cookie 🍪 from a pet store. Our intention was to ensure she had a warm and joyful holiday season, surrounded by sisters and brothers instead of being alone in the pet store. She was being given away for free due to a cosmetic genetic issue in her ears, which they described as incomplete or bitten ears. Despite this, her undeniable cuteness made it impossible for us to leave her in a small glass container. 😭

Conversely, Chip received her name from her father, Oreo, in keeping with the theme of cookies and biscuits. Initially, when she was born, we secretly hoped for a male so that we could pair her with her papa, hence the name Chip. However, as you probably already know, she turned out to be a girl! Nevertheless, the name stuck, suited her perfectly, and so we decided to keep it as is. Chip, Chipilita, and various nicknames continued to follow.

Last week, we had a client who had anxiety as he was away from his furparents, and he was in a new environment.

On his first two nights, Bon-bon was eating and playing properly. Until on his third night, he was thumping all throughout the night. We noticed that he wasn't keen on eating his pellets and veggies. We communicated with his furparents immediately to check if he had a similar experience before.

Our good client Peaches and Waffles' furmom was ready to help and shared with us Oxbow Critical Care for Small Pets. 🙏

After one feeding of critical care and covering him with blanket and lots of love, he started to eat by midnight. Since then, he played and roamed around and asked for pets and headrubs.

We were so relieved that he was fine afterwards as he is such as sweet bun.

For furparents, if you know that your bun gets anxiety or similar issues as this, let us know in advance, and kindly provide emergency food or pellets that they are used to. We would like to help them to the best ability that we can.

"Where will my pet stay?"

That is the most common question we receive from our potential clients. Here are some photos of the set-up of our cage and xpens. We provide the basic necessities they need for a comfortable daily living, as well as their hay, veggies, and pellets.

We just ask you to provide some chew toys, a soft bed, snuffle mats, vitamins, and treats to make their cage more personalized and familiar to them. They are not required, but they will help your pets to adjust and adapt better to their new environment.
