Good afternoon! I have been spending considerable time at our corporate office helping build our company into the best pet grooming franchise and the leading brand in our industry. In my absence, Jaci and I brought on Jennifer Smith but she recently resigned. We wish her nothing but the best! This situation has put us in quite a tough spot, though.

In light of this, Jaci and I feel it is necessary to take a break, step back, and critically assess the way forward. Both of us are new to business ownership, but we are determined to provide the best service to our customers. We intend to have more trucks and a vital workforce at re-launch.
