Quasi is feeling much better now and we think we have a diagnosis pinned down. Quasi has Ehrilchia. Ehrilchia is a tick born disease. It is auto-immune and causes flare-ups sporadically. When in a flare, red blood cells are attacked and killed which keeps Quasi from receiving enough oxygen, nutrients and causes his hemoglobin to drop dramatically, thus causing severe anemia.
Please, Please, Please use flea and tick prevention on your pets. One bite is all it took for this boy to deal with this issue for a lifetime.

Hi friends! Quasimodo has been sick for a few days- no it's not COVID! Please 🙏 for the little guy!! He just hasn't been himself and needs a little encouragement! I asked if he wanted me to ask for prayers and the little bo**er nodded "yes".
